1. General
1.1 This website is operated by Binara Online UK. By using the Binara Online UK website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. All use and purchases made on this website are governed by the Terms & Conditions in effect at the time of your order or use. Changes to these terms will apply to all subsequent orders or uses, so you should review them before each visit or purchase.
1.2 These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

2. Price and Delivery Charges
2.1 The price of goods will be as listed on the website at the time you confirm your order, except in cases of inadvertent technical errors, for which we are not liable.
2.2 The prices stated on the website will be inclusive of any VAT payable.
2.3 Each order you make may include a charge for delivery. If your delivery is subject to a delivery charge, it will be shown to you as a separate charge on the delivery confirmation page before you confirm your order. Any delivery charge added to your order will be dependent upon, amongst other things, the value of your order, the weight of the goods and your delivery address.
3. Delivery
3.1 We provide food shopping delivery services across the UK.
3.2 Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday) via Hermes, UPS, ParcelForce, or DHL.
3.3 Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days, depending on the courier.
3.4 Orders placed on Fridays or weekends may experience delays as dispatch does not occur on Saturdays or Sundays.
3.5 Free delivery is available for orders over £100 (up to 20kg).
3.6 The maximum weight per single shipping package is 20kg due to courier limitations. For orders exceeding 20kg, please contact us before placing your order. The system will not allow orders above this limit to proceed without assistance.
4. Returns
4.1 If your product is faulty, damaged, or unfit for purpose, please contact us immediately.
Unopened goods may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund or replacement, subject to inspection and acceptance.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method and exclude postage and packing costs. For orders with free shipping, the cost of postage will be deducted from the refund.
Additional charges, such as transaction fees or restocking costs, may apply.
To request a return or refund, contact us via email or telephone. Customers must cover the return shipping costs. We recommend obtaining proof of posting, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
4.2 For incomplete, damaged, or incorrect orders, notify us within three working days of delivery. We will arrange the return of the goods at no cost to you. Liability is limited to the value of the goods not delivered or delivered incorrectly and any associated delivery charges.
4.3 Returned goods must be in their original condition as delivered.
5. Cancellation
5.1 To cancel your order, notify us by 12 p.m. on the day of your order. For orders placed after 12 p.m., cancellations must be made by 12 p.m. the next day.
5.2 Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.
6. Privacy
6.1 We value your privacy and handle your personal information securely. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes unless you explicitly consent.
6.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use of your account or any security breaches.
